How do we actually move?
A Lecture and seminar about the art of keeping balance in daily life.
In a playful, serious way, a greater awareness of the work environment, conditioning terms of how and what we do. By giving an overall picture of the methods and ideologies of movement is created, the participant will get more knowledge about how we can become movable again, so that we can manage our tasks without strain injuries and stress related problems. The lecture includes a theoretical and a practical part and is from 1,5 hours upp to a whole day including seminar.
